We have implemented several protocols to ensure our clients and employee’s safety, from pre-screening every appointment to ensure that nobody in the home or our employees are symptomatic, to ensuring that all of our field personnel are using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at every appointment and abiding by the following guidelines when arriving at the home:
Installing an Acorn Stairlift typically takes only around an hour for a straight staircase and a little longer for more complex staircases with curves or bends. You can stay in a different part of the house while the work is done. Our engineer will need to demonstrate the basic operation of the stairlift, but this can be done at a distance and using a face mask.
